Multiplayer out of sync: Mismatch found in: LandedTitles

I'm playing with my friend a multiplayer game.

Now we a problem that each time we start our save, after a couple of minutes I'm being disconnected and get an error:

"Mismatch found in: LandedTitles."

I am having the same problem every single MP game I play.

I have posted it on Paradox forum as a bug report with no luck :(

PS: Just solved running in a debug mode. (-debug_mode launch parameter)
