Is there any family tree?
I can only find the dinasty tree in which the spouses of the different dinasty members are missing. I really miss the family tree of CK2. Any chance this will be implemented any time soon?

Yes there are family trees. And other things like the rulers of the roman empire back to the year 1. Paradox did a great job with it. You can find for every house the family tree. But only for house. Noname characters don't have a tree as i know

I think that what are you talking about is the dinasty tree, but there is not a family tree with the spouses of each member.

Unfortunately no, but I'm hoping they implement one later. They had a form of this in CK2 but it was very limited. With luck, we'll see one in a free update for CK3 in the future.
