Hungarian Change Culture Bug

Well, I played as the early form of Hungary when they were still a tribe. I migrated to Hungary.
Well, almost 150 years later I completed 2 technologies for Mogyer culture and as the head of the culture. Then I picked decision to invite migration to Hungary and change culture from Mogyer to Hungary.
The problem is:
1. The technology group is reset to beginning for Hungarian Culture
2. My domain is the only Hungarian culture I know and suddenly there is no culture head.
3. Why do I still very much like Asian when the later scenario shows European/Asian likeness?
This is a big problem since I cannot go feudal for a very very long time.
Well, is this a BUG? Or intended?

Might be a bug, because I'm also doing a Hungary playthrough and my culture didn't change to Hungarian at all. It remained Mogyer and has allowed me to progress through innovations.
