Best Duchies in this game?

I don't have the game and don't fully understand the new map and holding system. That being said, what are the best duchies in this game? In CK2 my favorites were Flanders in Western Europe, Sicily in the Mediterranean, Jibal and Baghdad in Middle East.

Not in one category, of course. That is why i mentioned multiple. Flanders and Jibal are very distinct in nature, for example. One is mostly coastal while the other has silk road passing through it.

I enjoyed playing Normandie a lot. But thats where my people came from so I feel kind of an attachment to it :)

Austria has 23
Paris(Valois) has 22
London(East Sex) has 22

Anyone know other 22+?

Damn! Never played Bohemia but it looked dope with the capital being in the center and the counties surrounding it. Guess its time for a little Slavic run before getting CK3

Mine too! So much cool history! I have a very stable and powerful England in 1130 now. Has been fun

Flanders is still a pretty strong Duchy but yeah, Bohemia is stupidly powerful.

Well I didnt/have not taken England but I do feel I have enough of the basics down now to start a game and have a chance :)

Fixing to do that right now and make sure you keep carrying that flag brother :)
