2 Was Unplayable. Should I try this?
2 was one of the worst things I've ever played, it was a whole lot of nothing going with bad tutorials. It seemed like people only liked it for beastiality memes. Is this game good? Is it worth trying if you hated 2? I couldn't even play 2.Just learning the game was ♥♥♥♥

I've probably spent more hours on CKII than on any other game, it's one of my absolute favorites, and so far CKIII seems like a worthy successor. If your primary problem with CKII was with the tutorial and difficulty of learning to play, I'd definitely recommend giving CKIII a try.

if u had a problem with not knowing how to play, yes it will help u -- but if ur problem was with the game in general, ck3 is essentially the same game but with a better on ramp

Then this one too will sail so far over your head I'm surprised you're aware it exists.

As CK2 got more & more updates, they never updated the Tutorial. So if you were late to the CK2 release, & then tried the tutorial, I'd be impressed if you were even capable of completing it, as it was so out of date at many points of CK2s lifetime

If you don't like CK2, you won't like CK3. It is, in essence, the same game.

If CK2 was over your head, then you should look elsewhere. You might enjoy Fortnite.

In essence it is the same game but they've made it a lot more accessible. If you like the concept of the game you will enjoy it as they have reduced the barrier to entry.

If that's what you think of CK2, then no, you should skip this one too. It's definitely not worth trying if you feel that way.

If you're just being hyperbolic as folks are prone to do on these boards though, yes, it is more approachable than CK2 is and it has a better tutorial that teaches you the absolute basics. But the game is much bigger than that so you'll need to commit some time to learning the game by actually playing it.

You can decide for yourself within 2 hours. If you find yourself hating it, just refund it and move on. It's not going to get any better for you.

My main issue with 2 is there was nothing to do, you could make up something in your head for why you wanted to do something, but that's it. There were so many menus and things to click that doing something like moving an army or marriage were more complicated than they had to be. 2 was just a bunch of things to learn for nothing.

So if there's stuff to do in 3, if it's easier to learn, I am open to it.

yah man, that's what the game is really about. I want to go from point a to point b. game throws stuff at me and creates a journey for me going from a to b. Sometimes frustrating, sometimes glorious. If you want a clear cut game objective, this game probably isn't for you. That's ck2 and ck3 in a nutshell.

Imagine thinking CK2 was hard to understand...

Vic 2 would blow your mind.

Yeah man, imagine getting a game that has tons of options and menus and none of it's explained.

It's all pretty intuitive really. You could always watch a Let's Play on YouTube if you really needed help.

Sounds like you're probably looking for Call of Duty. This is not Call of Duty.

I can't even play CK2 due to it's clunky UI, but loving CK3 so far.
