Faith Adjectives

I might just not be that bright, and it's not clicking with me, but while reforming/creating a Faith you can add an Adjective, but it doesn't explain how it would be used or have examples of it's use.

Is it for the Name? So if Name is Fury, and the Adjective is Holy, would it call the religion "The Holy Fury" or is it part of the follows, so a "That guy is a Holy Furian"

So what does the adjective do specifically so I know what word to put in it.
