How do I stop people from sleeping with my wives and daughters?

My wives and daughters are constantly being romanced/seduced, I think only like 1/3 of my children are actually mine on like 4 different playthroughs.

Furthermore, the romance option seems to sometimes lead to romantic rivalry with other characters. Does this occur when that character is pursuing the same one, or does the game pick someone for the event?

Edit: This game screams to get chastity belts, and after that modded models showing them in use.
