That being said... give it a year and someone will have done it anyway.....
There are lots of people using avatar of 3d anime girl characters on VRchat, there's gotta be a way to do that in ck3
(This way of doing it could work for stuff like AGOT's dragons, though, which might be more difficult to do if the skeleton / animation can't be edited...)
EDIT: I've taken a look and the meshes and animations do seem to be available (the .anim format seems to be one Maya uses, so custom ones should be possible), so 3D dragons (and, more importantly, Glitterhoof) could be possible!
Oh and one more thing : ya cant stand anime? Then get out of conversations that are about them. You have no place here anyway and can keep your insults to yourselfe.
