Reform Faith as Tribal- Can't do it

So I have 3 holy sites, saved piety, Got Theologian and....can't reform my faith. Because there exists an organised version already- which I cannot convert to. What the hell do I do? Why can I not convert to the organised form- or just make my own? And why, when I check guides do they say there is a button to create my own faith- which I cannot find? Is this a bug? Or a stupid change from the patch that has moved it Gods/ Godesses /Ancestors know where?
This is my first major bug (if it is one) and frankly awful if so as it just stops Tribal dead.
Anyone else suffering with this?

You can convert to any faith in the religion screen. Tiny arrow towards the top left of the screen. 75% piety discount if you have the Apostate scholarship perk.

I can convert- but not to reformed Slovianska Pravda- it's not there.And I want to remain with this faith.

Hm, had no problems organasing Sloviaskay pravda. It seems that adopting Orthodox is your only way out of tribalism...
And yeah, i do feel you, wanted to keep pagan faith as well on moving to feudal.

I can convert- but not to reformed Slovianska Pravda- it's not there.And I want to remain with this faith.

dont forget to uncheck box like (Show Christianity Faith only, some thing like that, then search again) i always forget about that (it sticky checked btw)

Wait, what? What is the issue with Pravda? That's my current game plan and I am saving up the piety. You cant actually reform it?

Yeah did that- but no sign.

So what I'm getting from responses is this is a bug. What a terrible one.
