Most likely not. You can, in theory, conquer every Muslim-owned county in the game. However the religion will still persist. You would also have to convert every single Muslim province in the game to another faith, and I don't even think that's possible at the rate it takes to convert a province.
Border marches, castles, and some good old fashioned tenacity.
I get the reverse psychology at play here, but I think keeping the forum clear for feedback that requires actual action will trump any desire to tiptoe around your self-fulfilling prophecy. We're a day out from release, here, and the moderators have a rather complex job right now.
It's not about what hurts launch (otherwise they'd outright delete the threads and not simply lock them); it's about preventing flame wars so the team can, starting tomorrow, easily single out feedback that can be turned into positive changes to game balance.
Then convert as many of your own people as you can while holy warring your neighbours.
That's the first time I saw that.
Now on topic. I believe it is possible to convert the entire muslim world in the game. I think the question would be more, is it worth the time? I am pretty sure that is going to take an entire game to finish.
