It all comes down to Paradox's resources, anyway. They didn't think the financial gain to make a Turkish localization worth spending resources for release day. They'll probably push various localizations, Turkish and otherwise, later down the line.

I hope. Because i'm waiting for it. Otherwise i don't buy and play it simply. I don't even interest Grand Strategies before this game. But i was hyped for this game and want to join this genre. But unfortunately there is no Turkish language. Thanks for your respectful comment. People don't understand native language topic because their native language is English. It is a huge thing for us customers and also it's good for geographic prestige of the companies and their future games.

Why you have butthurt? You can say it properly without attacking. I didn't even see it. It's a good news for me. I will wait until it's %100 translated. Thanks for the news, i didn't know that there is a translate mod. It's not happening in common. After few days or hours of release. It's taking years. I will also thanks the modders as well. Even Paradox don't have any resource for that, few guys doing it for free how is this possible? I don't believe that excuses. But thanks Paradox that they shared their language files i think, otherwise it's not possible to do it.

which statistics? no one asked me. Turkish speakers are not living in Turkey only. if they get statistics from population. But I can give you an example of statistics:
HOI4 = 73k reviews, 9k Turkish reviews
EU4 = 56k reviews, 8k Turkish reviews

I was referring to the total number of Turkish language speakers in the world by population. Approximately 85 million people speak the Turkish language among a total population of about 7.8 billion people in the world.

85 million is approx. 1.08% of the total 7.8 billion in the world. Now, you do bring up a good point. The number of Turkish speaking people that purchase Paradox games might be much higher than 1% compared to other languages, but some of those people also speak English.

The point is that, given a limited release for language localization, Turkish will probably take some time longer before it comes about. Sorry.

The ratio of speakers in the world by population does not matter, but only the sales. Each Android game has Turkish language, but not many PC games have it. Similarly, all PS4 and XBox games have Turkish support. If you check the Steam statistics page: https://store.steampowered.com/hwsurvey, Turkish is the top 10th language used on Steam! You will find other european languages such as Italian far below it. I do not want to say that the developers do not respect Turkish players; hoping for the best and assuming that it is due to financial matters. Some major titles, especially, CK3, GTA 6 etc. should have official support IMO, as the player base for those are huge.
