Probleme with Decision

I need help with a problem.
After more than 50 hours of play. I am Emperor of France (after having been Irish lol) and I am trying to accomplish the decision "to restore the Carolingian borders"
This decision seems impossible because I am too far in the game (1300) but I managed to become a pretender in the Holy Germanic Empire. after making sure people vote for me, i murdered the Emperor of the holy german empire to become the new emperor.
Now the Holy Germanic Empire is mine! I can finally have a chance to "restore the Carolingian borders"
....but no...
Because (and I don't know why) now I can't make the decision ... I can restore the Roman Empire but not the Carolingian Empire.
I guess the decisions of the Empire of France and the German Empire were exchanged. But the Holy Germanic Empire is not my main title! my main title is the empire of France ...
I'm pretty sad that a goal that I really want to achieve cannot be achieved now after all this intrigue and time. So if you know of any other way than destroying the title of "German Empire" I would really appreciate you giving it to me! Thank you !

to Restore Carolingian Borders you need to do the following:


Adult
At peace
Own the Empire of Francia title
Realm capital is in the region of Western Europe (have you moved your capital?)
The Holy Roman Empire title is owned by another character (Do you have the Holy Roman Empire title?)
Control the western half of Europe
French culture (is your King French?)
Christian religion (Is your King a Christian?)
Level of Fame is at least Illustrious

I misspoke, I can no longer make the decision to reestablish the Carolagian border simply because I no longer see it in the decision window, for the moment I am at war and the title of Germanic emperor belongs to me, and I would like to avoid parting with it because, I checked by giving it to someone, I again have access to the decision to re-establish the Carolagian border (and no longer to that of the Roman Empire. ..) but suddenly I lose all the land that I had managed to seize by becoming Germanic emperor, so it makes me start from zero.
