How to swear fealty?
So i read that you can go faster into feudal mode when you swear fealty to a feudal lord. Where is this option? Because i cant seem to find it.

If you right-click their portrait, there should be a "swear fealty" option. Make sure his rank is higher.

If you find it and are his vassal, there should indeed be a decision to go feudal under a liege, which is easier than when being independent.

Also in addition to what was said already make sure you are either his de jure vassal or have a land border with the guy otherwise the ai won't accept.

Forgot to mention that, you can't just swear fealty to anyone ;)

Usually if you are his neighbour or he has some territory which shares a de jure top realm with yours, you should be fine. Think opinion has some effect too, if you could sway him.

You still need a reformed religion though, so if that's your major stumble, this road will not help you much.
