Dynasty decadence
I hope they remove Dynasty decadence frome Muslims Because it is a way of working Converting Muslims to another religion And there will not be a single Muslim kingdom because of that And this thing is racist :steamsad:

The way to do that is that they will change their religion without anyone interfering

There's no sign of decadence being in CK3, at least so far. It was a stupid mechanic, so I'm not surprised they scrapped it.

Really? They nerfed Decadence into the ground. Muslim countries are super blobby in CK2 and do not fragment like the Catholics. They already made Islam into the dominant religion in a Crusader game (haha Swedes).

Dynasty decadence will make all of them Converting Muslims to another religion

Yes I predict this thread will be highly productive and not problematic at all

That doesn't happen in CK2, and I doubt it will happen in CK3.
If anything, Europe becomes Islamic more often than not.

I get FAR more options to convert from Catholicism or Paganism to Islam in CK2 (Physicians, for instance). There's no reason for Muslim rulers to convert in CK2. I've basically never seen it.

Has anyone ever seen a Muslim ruler flip to Judaism or Catholicism? I think the more common playthroughs are Muslim Scandinavia, Britannia, etc. (Swedish devs, ha.)

As far as I know there is no decadence mechanic attached to Islam.
Islam was very strong in CK2 cause it never fractured.

Also you cannot be racist against a religion.

@zOOz What mechanics do you suggest islam have to make it distinct?

Just because you disagree with their position doesn't make it bait. In zOOz's profile he lists himself as being from Kuwait, so it wouldn't be surprising if he took a larger than average interest in the representation of medieval and dark age Islam than most people.

Its not that I 'dont agree with him' rather that his point is not valid as was pointed above, race has nothing to do with it.

Then you click on stable hordes and random mongol invasion and see the mongols take over the entire map before year 1000 :imprison:
