Report a translation problem
I have little more than 250hrs and in the last few days it has been crashing more than in the total play time ever.
Microsoft Windows 10 Home, Versión 10.0.19045
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9300H CPU @ 2.40GHz
RAM: 8.0 GB

We've received a similar report, and still gathering more information about the crash at the Winter Festival.
Did you happen to receive a crash log (dialogue box pop-up from Unreal Engine) when the issue happened? If so, could you share the log here? Thank you!
The first time this happened, I had earned top prize for Shooting, Magnet Fishing, and Curling (in that order). Then, when I earned top prize for the Match game, it crashed.
The second time it happened, I had earned top prize for Shooting, Magnet Fishing, Match Game, and Curling (in that order), then had earned top prize in Trivia for Fish, Insect, Critter, Farm, Forage, and Artisan (in that order). I was struggling to get through the Fossil category, and has started over several times (as I did with the other categories as well), and after ending the minigame, before I could start again, the game crashed.
The third time it happened, I woke up and went straight to the Trivia, completed the Gems category for top prize, and then the game crashed as the minigame closed.
It seems to happen during the period when the screen goes black to take you out of the minigame instance.
Each time it has happened, I have received an Unreal crash report popup, and I submitted the report, but I'm not sure if that report goes to Epic, because it's Unreal Engine, or if it goes to Stairway, since they're the developer, or Humble Games, since they're the publisher. Either way, I do have copies of the three crash logs, along with a document of my PC specs. If there's somewhere I can attach those, I will, otherwise, I will email them to the email listed tomorrow.
At any rate, the crashing is disheartening, since you do all that work (especially in Trivia), just to have the game crash, losing all progress, since there is no way to save your game without sleeping. I'm thinking I may just play one of the minigames and one full pedestal of Trivia per day, in hopes that I can get through it and save progress.

I just sent the logs. Unfortunately, I read through your message here, then went to send the email, but forgot to format the subject the way you requested, but it was listed as "Coral Island Winterfest Games Crashes." I had also copied my original comment here, including my Steam username, into the body of the message. I did however, forget to send my save file, so I will gather that and re-send the entire message.
Hi there. For good or bad, I haven't recieved more crashes as I moved from Winter to Spring, especifically away from the Winter Faire. If I could point where the issue is, I would say the Trivia Minigame. My game crashed 4 to 5 times during the trivia or after. I send a report everytime.

I was finally able to complete everything at the Winterfest. What I did was wake up, then immediately go straight to Trivia and complete one full pedestal. If the game crashed, I did it again. I only did one pedestal per day. After completing the pedestal of trivia, I went and completed one other minigame. After that, I went about my day as usual, slept, then did the same thing the next day. On the last day, I only had one minigame left to do, so I did that, and it was done. The Winterfest lasts for five days, so I would do what I did, or less, per day, just to minimize the risk of the game crashing for doing too much.
The team has received the details and is actively working on a fix.
