Coral Island Menu Bug

Submitting this on behalf of my wife, she has been having an intermittent issue with CI where the game will load up, albeit a bit laggy and choppy, and when she loads into her save, the main menu will immediately pop up and wont go away. We have tried verifying the game files, even uninstalling and reinstalling and this has not fixed it at all. She has updated the game to its most recent update. Looking for some help on her behalf.
