Problem with Accessing Savannah after unlocking

Hi! I completed the Advanced Altar and the Savannah area never opened. Something weird happened earlier that I'm not sure contributed but figured it was worth mentioning. I was able to mine the boulder to the Savannah area before I completed the advanced altar, and I was able to run up the stairs on the way to the savannah but that is where the area stopped. I figured I'd finish the Advanced Altar and recheck, so now I can run past the stairs to a very long flowery path but it stops halfway. There is no progressing past this, so I have to just turn around. My quest now in the game is 'reach the Savannah' but I can't. I double checked online to see if anyone else has had this issue, but haven't found any answer so here I am. I am really, really hoping I don't have to start this game over. I have worked hard to get this far, I'm in year 4 :(

Okay i thought i was crazy, but I am also having the same issue. The area just stops, and i have open 18 alters and unlocked cave of memories and the Savannah and yet i cant access it. I would like to know what to do.

I have the same issue. I had the text notification in game that the Savannah area was accessible after finishing the prerequisite tasks. I never got the cut scene showing the bridge being built as I've read it suppose to occur. When I try to go to the Savannah the bridge is there, but I am stopped halfway by an invisible wall.

I have this issue too. I handed in my 18th offering at the shrine and I got a notification in the morning that I can now access the Savannah region. When I try to cross the bridge there is an invisible wall.

I have the same problem too! The invisible wall, but I also saw the scene where the bridge was built. However it doesn’t help :(

The team is aware of the issue preventing you from passing through Savannah’s Bridge and is actively working on a fix.
