Can't Call Animals Out Underwater Barn

Hello!
Is anyone else having the issue where the underwater animals cannot be called outside of the underwater barn? No matter what I try, I can't ring the bell for them to go outside, and leaving the gate open doesn't result in them going out either. Is there a fix for this? Thanks in advance! :)

Have you tried moving the Underwater Barn to another area to see if the animals can come out?
