Jack's, and Paul's seven heart event details aren't accurate enough

As titled. There are no weather prerequisite in any of the events, and I've followed the time and place as suggested in the event prompt for them. But none of the events are triggering.

Edit: I was able to trigger Jack's heart event on the 1st day of Winter, when I was struggling to trigger it in the last 2 weeks of Fall. I'm guessing the prompt isn't accurate enough, that's why it didn't trigger until now.

I'm also guessing that Paul's seven heart event requires Ben for it too, that's why it isn't triggering. Have to wait to Spring game time to confirm.
