Semeru 8 Heart Event Not Triggering

Hi, is anyone else having issues with Semeru's 8 heart not triggering?

I've gone way past 8 hearts to 10 hearts and have not received a letter from him to trigger his 8 heart event. I've seen the 6 heart event.
However, when I speak to him he sometimes says dialogue as if the 8 heart event has happened.

Also Nina is the only NPC I can't talk to at any event. I've had 2 events now where no talk dialogue appears for her.

Hi hi! May I ask what is your current in-game date? :0 Do you remember the in-game date when you saw Semeru's heart event 6?

As for the issue that makes you unable to talk to Nina during the Festival, our team has received a similar report and currently working on fixing it. Thank you! 😊

Hello, thanks for responding! I'm currently on Summer Sun 14. I don't recall the exact date of Semeru's heart event 6, but I think it was in Winter.

Hi! I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner. May I ask if you have tried to check all Semeru's previous heart events (from 1-6) following our Wiki here: https://coralisland.wiki/wiki/Semeru#Heart_Events? :o

Also, can you tell us if you've finished the Merfolk Chaperone part 1?

Hi so I have already seen 3 and 6 heart events (I checked the tablet of memories to confirm and both events are there). And I keep going to the West beach area at those times in the wiki but am having no luck :(

I have completed the merfolk chaperone quests.
