Still no fix for the Harvest Festival rewards?

I mean it’s really frustrating considering it’s an event that needs you to prepare so ahead yet not able to collect the rewards. I’m at first year and winning with 163 pts, but in the end I’m only able to get the Stamina fruit and nothing else. I also left all my items in the display hoping the rewards can be sent to my mailbox the day after - nothing received and my items just disappeared.

I found that many people are facing the same issue, some also aren’t able to get any Merit Points. I haven’t checked the points yet maybe I didn’t get those either.

Why would you expect more than one reward?

Hi there! Do you recall the points you earned in the Display Contest against Beluga? And which reward items are missing? Also, have you double-checked your inventory after claiming the rewards to see if they might be there? 😮

Hi there, thanks for replying. It was 163 pts I got from the Display Contest, and I got the Stamina fruit from the rewards meter screen while all the other rewards remain locked.

I tried to change my product in the display, and the reward meter did change according to my updated points, like for example if I decrease my points to lowest, the Flower bouquet will change to unlocked, but I still cannot claim it, nothing happens if I click on it.

Now it's already the next day of the festival, and I checked my inventory there's neither my displayed items nor other rewards (ring, sprinkler, etc).

If the Harvest Festival was designed to give only one reward each time, then maybe my complain is just total nonsense. But since all the other mini games are generously giving all the rewards if you took the 1st place, it seems quite confusing to have different mechanism for only this one.

Interesting point. I never got more than one (the highest unlocked) reward from the Harvest Festival contest, either. I thought that was intentional, but you're right, it is unusual.
I know, however, that you must pick up your stuff after the contest yourself, otherwise it will be lost.

Thank you for confirming! To help us investigate further, could you send us your backup file from the Harvest Festival day? Additionally, could you let us know the items you submitted for the Display Contest along with their quality?

To find the backup folder, please copy and paste this path into File Explorer: `%localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames\Backup`.

Might be a silly question, but how do you pick the items up afterwards? I'm doing the festival for the second time, but cannot drop the items back into my inventory after winning. I can click on them using X on my controller, but that's all. No matter which button I press, they won't go back into my inventory.
I tried replacing the items with coconuts, but now I'm stuck with coconuts selected, but nit able to drop the winning items back into the inventory. Can't get out of that screen short from force crashing the game.

That problem doesn't exist with mouse and keyboard (how I play), so I can't help you there. Sorry!
