Also, did you receive any crash logs (a dialogue box pop-up) when the issue happened?
Hello Rachma_Stairway and thank you for your quick reply. Yes, I actually got several crash logs. However, it is no longer supported since I set the resolution to 4096×2160! However, I have had the problem right from the start when I run very fast in the game or otherwise... it keeps jerking and/or freezing for a short time!!! So somehow the performance isn't that good... This also happens when I set the graphics lower in the settings!!!

The crash logs are located in the "Crashes" folder (look for the XML files).
