Ground Bug Trap Disappeared

I'm playing on a Steamdeck with the latest version of the game and I layed out two "Ground Insect Traps" around town and they were working fine; I took the bugs out when they were caught something and set them again.

I went to the Cherry Blossom Festival and they had disappeared

You might've put them in a spot where the NPCs walk past or there's event decoration that overlaps it. It removes your trap. Sometimes if you're lucky you can walk around the area and it'll pop back into your inventory or even try to mouseover around the area and use your pickaxe on the invisible trap and you might be able to retrieve it even if it's invisible. If not it's gone now. They game doesn't bother to warn you lol..

This also happened to me. All traps, both flying and ground, put on all places (forest, beach, town, lake, etc.) were all gone after cherry blossom festival on year 2. Too poor to create all of them again 😢

Yup this just happened to me after the Cherry Blossom festival with really bad frame rate as well

Happened to me after forest replanting event 2nd year.
The Traps sisn't despawn, they are just invisible. I can still interact with them and get the caught bugd from them.
But both the traps and text bubbles are not visible

I just had this happen. I've had these traps around town for most of the game year. I have been to a couple festivals, but the harvest one (i think it is that one, the one in the fall where you put 6 things to be judged) just happened and now none of my traps are in town anywhere. Most of them were out of the way of NPCs, maybe one was in the way but it had been fine for a few seasons. Even the ones out in the deep forest are missing and there are no NPCs walking out there.
Oh btw, these are both the ground and the flying insect traps.

Oh wait... I just read one of the comments above. The traps are invisible now. If I walk by them it shows the interact option. Nothing in them at the moment, but they are invisible. Well isn't that a bug lol

I just had the same issue after the Harvest Festival in year 1. All the bug traps are gone but the fishing ones I had are still there. I made sure to put all my traps in areas the NPC's can move around(they are all off of main paths/roadways, etc.).

One of my 2 ground bug traps turned invisible after the first tree planting event (the one next to the vineyard; the one in the forest by the giant village was fine). I thought it was gone, at first, but I could pick up the insect that was inside it when I stood next to it.
The next day (no reloading involved), it was visible again in the same spot.
