Why does stamina cap out at 999, but...

health goes above 1000? It is uneven and just looks terrible imo. Even vitamins in this game only give 999 and 999, so those should be the max.

If you max out your energy recovery enchantment buffs on your tools, you'll never run out of stamina...

by the time you have 999 stamina you should be able to cook stuff to eat for energy

Needing stamina for activities is not the issue here. It is the fact that only one caps out making the display look terrible. Either cap health at 999 so they are both even and look nice, or let both go above so at least they are similar, even if they don't look as nice. Having two separate rules for that is just weird.

I agree with OP that it's an odd design choice, 999 and 999 looks neat, but 999 and 1234 not so much...

Edit: Unless there's a way to be constantly losing copious amounts of health, justifying the extra numbers, but I haven't found anything so far.
