Hardwood is nowhere to be found, not even cutting log/tree

I have upgraded all my tools to Silver, yet I cannot find even a SINGLE hardwood in Spring & now I'm in Summer, still none. Big log in farm also cannot be cut with my silver axe too. Any info, guys?

What about those fallen logs? Those are Hardwood logs.
There is also a fallen hardwood log to the right of the mine, next to some waterfalls.

When you heal the first sacred tree - which I think is when you get to the bottom of the first mine and unlock the giants - an area opens up to the west of the mine. This area has a couple logs that can be cut with a silver axe and they produce hardwood.

Hey so you will unlock and area that has logs that spawn daily but to get your first lot there is log by the mines near the water you can chop this with a silver axe and it should give you hardwood. Hope this helps :)

You have to complete 6 different bundles in the temple in order to unlock an area with large fallen logs to get more hardwood. it is a big progress gate, and i think the requirements should be lessened a bit, but them's the brakes.

on the farm - blow up with explosives/gold axe
off the farm - silver axe is enough to cut them
6 offerings will open the mid forest and you'll get a log every day
14 offerings will open another space with more wood
Carpenter will sell at rank B

explosives is about it until mid game

6 altars complete takes several seasons

town rank b is essentially end game by the time this is unlocked you don't need more hardwood
