Rafael 10 heart event not happening?

I reached 10 hearts with Rafael and i thought i saw all the heart event but when i proposed to him, he rejected me (ouch) saying that he'd like us to know each other better. I then realised that i was missing the 10 heart event. I've been at 10 heart with him for a whole season and nothing has happened. It's simply not happening and i literally talk to him every day.

Has anyone been able to marry him?

Some scenes/events happen at different points on the map at different times of day. Maybe have a wander around. I know he likes the lake a lot.

I saw someone in the discord say that he should come to your farm between 6a-12p any season except winter. I, painfully, got my 10th heart with him on the 2nd day of winter so I haven't had a chance to confirm yet

@mrJelis I am in the same issue but I am at falls, May I ask what was the last heart event that u had with him ?

I just got to the first of spring and i got the heart event!

Hi! I startet dating him in winter season.. so now I've reached 10 hearts in Spring, but its not triggering the heart event.... but from what I've read here, it seems I have to wait for this to be fixed in the next update.. not gonna propose before that, thanks for the tip.. *fingers crossed for an update soon*

I just received the 10-heart event. He shows up at your house in the morning on a sunny day in Spring-Fall. I don't know if it means anything or if it triggered the event, but the day before, he mentions how he wanted cookies, but his oven is broken, when you talk to him. You can select a dialogue option telling him to come over for cookies and a movie.
