For the final Osmium, there is a quest to give Osmium Kelp Essence (5 pieces) and Osmium Crop (5 pieces) in the main quest "Our Friends".
I've never found an osmium crop, so I don't know.

You grow osmium crops. Any crop can be of osmium quality (purple star). Just use fertilizer and increase the seed quality from the lab until you start growing some.
