Tree Taps...

Cant collect from them once the season has changed, Axe is being upgraded but I'm gonna hope and assume by chopping the tree I will be able to get them back.

I just went from summer to fall so I wonder if thats the case?

It sounds like you used them on trees not on your farm. That sometimes works, but almost always bugs out at season change because that's when town trees reset.

You should only use taps on trees on your own farm.

There was a time when tree taps reset their spawn rate at the beginning of every month. I remember going to sleep in a hurry once, on the 28th, after noticing that my sap harvest was ready. I went straight there next morning but the harvest had disappeared. Had to wait another 3 days. Grrr...

I had thought this was fixed in a patch a while ago, but maybe I'm wrong

I did do this, should be able to tap any tree no matter location imo

I remember something similar in EA but the tree would just be an off color, now even after chopping the trees down I have floating taps lol

Update* Upon restarting the game all taps have self deleted, I'm fine with this because the floating taps were annoying
