This game is very deceptive. DO NOT BUY!

Like many I was waiting for this game to be "finished" with a full release before jumping in as it's looked very promising. Naturally I was very excited to hear it was hitting 1.0 and purchased it.

Damn if this game isn't deceptively marketed honestly. It's fantastic almost 10/10 fun for the first about 8 hours. Everything works great, it seems like all the content is there and fleshed out and I didn't get a single bug or issue.

Then paul bugged out and wouldn't take his picture back and the flood gates opened:
- I encountered 2 festival bugs
- An NPC for a quest disappeared out of existence and my map went white when I tried finding him
- My mine bugged out
- I lost my furniture in my house
- My chest vanished when I built a coop next to it
- I got a pet which wont leave the indoors and just sits at the entrance doing NOTHING not even moving.

After I saw the state of pets after being so excited for it I started looking into things more and I realized the game by the developers own admission is still a WIP that deceptively does not say so anywhere on steam. The main quest isn't finished, a huge part of the game (merfolk) aren't finished, the romance straight up sucks and is functionally pointless and so much more.

This game was very clearly not ready for actual 1.0 release but they slapped the label on it, removed any mention of WIP from steam and rushed it out just in time for the big holiday sales period. The game has a fantastic start that suckers you into playing past your 2 hour refund point before you realize not all is well with the world. It's pretty scummy.

TLDR: The game starts off great but is not at all finished, very shallow in many areas and straight up busted and bugged in others. This is still an early access game BUYERS BEWARE.

The console version is worse. I have no music and missing sounds. How is that not discovered during testing. And if it was its seriously dishonest to release it like that.
