What am I doing wrong with the soup? I have tried putting in gold star eggplant - silver star big cows milk - gold star big duck egg. The soup is always just okay! What am I missing? How do I get a better rating on it??

Better quality ingredients, usually osmium . The wiki has a list of what ingredients give what reaction but the best are going to be expensive osmium stuff: osmium gourmet salt, osmium goat cheese wheel, etc

For some reason It did a 'just ok' with a Large Gold Egg of Osmium quality so I guess I'll try something else -- didn't save the day it made me mad lol I'm on year 2 so

You can rollback to an earlier day if you check that option in the settings. Then you could try again if you want.

osmium tilapia is easiest and cheapest solution, you can easilly get it from pond close to home
