Pet never got delivered

I adopted a pet, and it never got delivered. It's been a few days and it's also still not on the farm. I have a pet bed and a pet house.

Which pet were you trying to adopt and if it's your first, second, or third pet? :O
Is there any cutscenes that plays on the day after you adopted the pet (marriage, etc)?

Hi, It was Cody, my first pet. I think maybe there was a cut scene since I hadn't played in so long, there were some updates that were catching up. (But I honestly don't remember). I played for a few in game days afterwards to see if it would eventually show up.

Hey, i got the same problem :(. Adopted my first dog at my first Winter Year 1 and i cant find him or see him... I didnt had any cutscenes at that time either..

So sorry about this :( so you didn't see the cutscene where your dog got delivered to you? Can you please tell us more details about this and your save file too to our mail [e-mail] ?

oh i had this same problem. i thought maybe there had been an issue with the pets previously and took them out the game temporarily but i was a little busy w other things so i didn't give it much thought. i found this thread, found my pet should have appeared and was unsure of how to fix it.

i have,,, v bad memory problems and its been a fair few in game days since i adopted my pet (kimba), so i don't have enough details to do a formal bug report. however, i decided if it was an issue with the cutscene not playing bc of another overriding it, then maybe i need to trigger it again to fix it. so i adopted another pet (bast - which i was gonna do anyway) and the next day the cutscene for both pets played back to back. so an easy fix if you're intending to have more than one pet ahah

OMG thank you for the tip 🫶 i adopted another dog and now both of them arrived on the same day and i can finally interact with them and had the cutscenes 🙈
