Heart not increase for Semeru and Princess Miranjani

I just find out that the merfolks heart can still increase, but only for Semeru and Princess Miranjani still not increase, I also already gift them with things they love 2 times a week, still the heart not increasing, please help thanks

I think it is bugged. Semerus's heart increases only with beer and barley beer (even if he loves wine, but wine seems to be bugged). For Princess Miranjani I tried Flame scallop and this worked.

Is there no way to increase Friendship points even through chat?
In addition to giving away WINE every day, I also have daily conversations with Semeru. Now I know that WINE cannot increase heart, but even after two months of daily conversations, I cannot increase any heart from Semeru.
Also Denail, the princess, the king and the queen are also stuck at 2 hearts and cannot improve their Friendship by accepting tasks on the task board.
Is this all because of a bug? Or is it because I haven't completed "Song of the Sea" and "Merfolk Chaperone"?
I checked the WIKI, it only mentioned that you can start dating Semeru by getting the mermaid tail.

In the past two weeks, I have given away 4 pink diamonds and had 5 conversations. According to the WIKI, I should get 140x4+35x5=735 points. It only takes 400 points to upgrade from level 2 heart to level 3 heart, but I am still stuck at the moment, at level 2.

I don't think the wiki's levels are right. For what it's worth, I'm on year 6 in my game. Think I was on year 4 before we got the option to befriend the merfolk. I don't pay much attention to them but have gifted them with a bunch of pink diamonds and progressed the merfolk story to its current end.

I've got Semeru at 5 hearts, Denali at 8 and the princess at 7. I've only talked to them and given them pink diamonds.

You can get a ton of pink diamonds if you run them through a slime of replication.
