Goddess at lake temple
I had the dream and i talked to the giants but when i went to lake temple i had no cutsecene and i dont know if thats supposed to happen. Need help

Did you wait overnight? First you get the dream to visit a heritage site, and then you sleep and the next day you visit the giants in their village, and then you go talk to the goddess.
