animal festival didn't get rodeo rewards

how do you get the rodeo rewards for first place? got the merit points but not the food reward. please help

i came to ask about the same thing. i had won it the first year and got the prizes no problem but the second year it said i won them but didn't get the prizes nor the merit points. had issue with the tree planting event (yr2) not giving me any of the items i dug up during event. so i wonder if u just can't get rewards more than once, but that seems a little pointless.

the item rewards should have been given soon as you won them. only thing i can think of is redoing the whole day. i didn't on mine since i done the bull riding last and had got first on the chicken and cow runs, didn't want to have to redo it. but also noticed after event my bug traps went invisible >,< that has happened before if i play a couple days without turning game off then back on but that was first day for that play round :/ (traps returned after reloading last time haven't checked this time)

there is a workaround:
1. win the rodeo first place
2. do the pet race "training"

now the items should be in your inventory
