Abandoned Villa locked

I'm in year 1, I've met Nina, got a couple of hearts on her, think I've got the prerequisite to start her heart event which told me to go to her place but I can't even interact with the building. Is this a bug?

no, are you still in summer? villa will unlock when she return again to starlet town

Did anyone figure this out? I got this quest in year 1, spring. she showed up for something walking around town and I dumped 2 bouquets on her.

I'm in Summer day 4 and it's still locked. Nina "came" to the island twice. Day 1 and 2. Same cutscene. Villa still not progressing. Do I need to upgrade or unlock something?

There's nothing to figure out. Just wait like The Chosen One said. She moves in at the start of winter, year 1.
