Trying to do Resupply Merfolk Kingdom 2

I have the quest to do this but when i go to the general store it still says "Not allowed" How do i do the quest if I can't get into the general store?

I had this problem on my second run, I turned into a mermaid and still couldn't enter the shop. But after resseting the game it worked.

Thanks I am still working on that other quest, didn't know i had to finish it to make it work but now that i do, i will stop stressing lol.

I also found I had to come back the day after I finished the quest, so if it doesn't work immediately, don't panic!

Be aware that you need to grow a lot of underwater crops in order to open the seed sale in the store. I personally am finding this frustrating.
