Osmium level juices making lower level wine

I've been putting osmium level grape juice into the aging barrels and I don't always get osmium level wine when it's done. Sometimes gold or silver, but even normal level wine selling for little more than the price of the osmium juice. Is this a bug or an expected possible outcome? Because it may just not be worth using the aging barrels at all.

May we ask, after our hotfix update, if you restart your game and close the application, does the problem in the aging barrel disappear or does it still persist? Thank you.

My experience so far has been that the products I had in the barrels at the time of the hotfix were dropped to normal instead of osmium level products. After that batch had cleared, the next batch of items I put in at osmium level came out as osmium level. So it only seemed to apply to the items in progress.
