Meinen Pfau habe ich seit 11 Tagen und habe noch nicht eine Feder bekommen, mein Schwein habe ich schon 20 Tage und lasse es jeden Tag raus, doch es gab noch keinen Trüffel. Ich habe um die Ställe extra einen Zaun gezogen, damit ich nicht auf der ganzen Map danach suchen muss, aber es gab nicht. Ist das ein Fehler?

I've had my peacock for 11 days and haven't gotten a feather yet, I've had my pig for 20 days and let him out every day, but there hasn't been a truffle yet. I put a fence around the stables so I wouldn't have to look for them all over the map, but there weren't any. Is this a mistake?

I'm pretty sure the pigs need grass before they can get you truffles.
The peacock seems to be just chance, took a few days before I got my first one too, you might just be a bit unlucky. (although i wouldn't be surprised if it was bugged with the amount of bugs in the game)

Hast du einen Automatischen Ernter im Stall stehen?
Die federn werden da eingesammelt, soweit mir bekannt ist, kann man die Federn nicht händisch aufsammeln, keine Ahnung ob das gewollt oder ein Bug ist

nein ich habe noch keinen aufsammler und früher ging es auch so

Die Feder war bei mir erst Abends zu finden als ich noch keinen Aufsammler hatte. Der Sammler hat die dann morgens. Beim Schwein hab ich es nicht versucht ohne. Hab die im Winter freigeschaltet und da gabs ja kein Gras und ich habe alle aus Vorsicht im Stall gelassen.

The feathers I have found on my farm, and later when I had the auto collector in my coop I found the feather in there. So both works, I think it favours the auto collector once you have it.
For the Truffles I am unsure. since they require grass I think you can not get them in winter as there's no grass in winter. My truffles have not appeared in the auto collectors in my barns, they continue to spawn on the farm itself. (I hope that part is a bug because I didn't spend all those recourses on the auto collector to still have to search my entire farm for some truffles)
