List of Bugs we encountered + Workarounds feel free to add to it

[Unlucky]

-Quest - Fishen Flowers: no matter how many flowers i bring, i cant get it completed (Picking up 2 "Foragable Flowers" worked)

-Many Sidequests not triggering when bringing said items

-Scotts Heartevent?: He send me a letter to meet him and his friends in the tavern, didnt trigger.

-Invincible Moles (near invincible, oneshotting or stunning with the hammer is possible; still damagable by dynamite and the whirlwind attack from the sword)

-Every monster being able to Attack while dying/stunned/dazed, probably animation related

-No hardwood on my farm whatsoever (didnt notice until i checked the discussions here)

-People in general saying the same things over and over again (Surya telling me that its a nice day to go swimming for 3 months straight is kinda lame)

-Compost Bin/Recycling Machine only producing 1 item a day (restart fixed it)

-Aging Barrel/Solar Panels/Bee Hives seems to be stuck at 100% (you have to restart every time its done)

-When talking to someone befor a festival, you cant talk to them while in said festivals, so you dont get their "special festival text" if that makes sense

-Grass cant be cut down sometimes (restart fixed it, the use of dynamite can work on bugged gras, and wont bug it if you just use it in the first place)

-Cant pickup Truffles/Gesha Coffee Beans (restart fixed it)

-Building another Barn/Coop will delete Animals/Items in existing ones (cant reproduce, works fine on my file)

-West of Diving Beach Event: Not triggering ( i think it has specific requirements, it triggered for me at a sunny day, had rain and windy befor at the 28. of fall to be precise SPOILER for this EVENT, but probably a requirement too, you were warned :P maybe Ben has to be in town, since he was on vacation or something

-Clothing disappeared when put into another dresser (no solution yet, just have them in the base dresser for now?)

-Duplicating crops in the Greenhouse/Duplicating clothing in Dressers

-Money sometimes not shown correctly (i think you can see the "right" amount in the menu, but going to the farm or restarting shows it again)

I sometimes can't pick up the truffles/ gesha coffee beans that are laying around until a restart.

For the Fishen Flowers quest having two freshly picked flowers in inventory worked for me (not grown on your farm or previously stored in a chest). A cut scene triggered just entering the tabern

many side quests don't get triggered when I bring what they asked me to bring, like a salmon for Jim, and I can't even give it to him
the aging barrel thing also happens for solar panels and bee hives

Can't buy barn or coop, otherwise animals and items in one of the existing ones will disappear. There's no workaround that I've found.

Mine were stored but it took a few dozen entries and not until other ones in the tavern were completed

the meet me at the beach is bugged.

I went to the Museum on Summer 8th to donate and ended up with black screen for ages. Had to shut it down, but Steam struggled to stop it completely. It was still running for a while after I re-exited the game.

I got the green house has the word (SOIL) written on every square.

I moved my clothes into a dresser that wasn't the base one, because we can do that now, and logged off the game when i got back on all my clothes were gone.

Duplicating crops in the greenhouse, Duplicating clothes in the Wardrobe, Bonfire event does not trigger, freeze when cooking more than 2 previously unknown recipes. The building a new barn one also did make my chickens vanish but they reappeared on reload. Stones/wood sometimes cant be interacted with if in areas where there is also grass growing. Cant talk to any npcs at the New years event.

OMG this, yes! It's driving me nuts! I mean double harvesting is nice and all but a pain to reach the second plant in the first one. Especially if you want to reorganize the greenhouse, you basically remove the plant and the game also knows it but the "second plant" stays which makes it so confusing

Other bug I encountered:
Money isn't calculated correctly.
I went to shop, bought a bunch of stuff and when I returned to farm, the money shown was the same amount as before I went into the shop but whenever I went to buy something else, it told me that I don't have enough money (obviously), shows the correct number until I return to farm. (Restart fixes it)

Chicken laid the egg so close to the door that I can't pick it up because the door, duh. LMAO

I have grass patches that can only be removed by exploding them. They don't move when I walk through them and can't be cut down (I think it's an over-crowding thing.)

1st of summer 1st year, every boulder and fallen log disappeared without me needing to harvest them. At first it was nice but now I'm frustrated bc I needed the hardwood.

I'm not getting any hardwood from trees despite the perk. Dinda also isn't selling it (town rank D if it matters.)

I *think* i had the cut scene which opens the cemetery-forest to the northwest of the farm, but its still not open. (The cut scene was something like monkeys jumping around a bunch of trees.)

A lot of controller commands are not working which were definitely working before the update. I.e., I can't scroll on anything that needs to scroll (like the town rank activity log,) and I can't place or pick up furniture. I have to get my mouse out to do any of it. Also, trying to place farm buildings is SO. TOUCHY. The sensitivity for that is absurd. ((Please don't give me crap for playing on controller. Its more comfortable for long term games.))

I had an insect trap disappear in town

At the Pet Festival, Aaliyah was hovering above a bench and couldn't be interacted with.

Pets in the shelter are in the trees (maybe it's a fox thing? I'm not sure.)

Multiple NPCs can't be interacted with at festivals, at least for the tree planting, beach cleanup, and harvest festival.

I got this too, and my sprinklers aren't working in it.

Edit: okay, they are working, the visual for watered soil isn't. I watered a square on a sapling and it said 4/4 watered so I guess the sprinklers are working.

For the Salmon for Jim thing, what i did was wait outside the beach Shack (not on a Tuesday) and white at exactly 17:00 (or 5:00 pm in 12 hr format). I tried this, because I couldn't ever trigger it after Jim has left the shack, and it worked. :')

Not sure if this is a bug, but I'm on spring day 10, and there are almost no insects spawning. Like if I'm lucky I'll see one insect a day, if thay.
