Silver Kelp
Is there a good place to farm Silver Kelp? I can barely find any and I need so many of it for sprinklings.

I have received my silver kelp from the chests found in ocean ( opened by blacksmith ) can also buy silver kelp at lab

So the next turtle wants a bronze potato but I've just gone into summer, sold all my bronze stuff to Sam due to the quest I have. Do I now have to wait till spring next year to go any further?

No the crop request of the turtle changes to a bronze summer crop...

Honestly, you're going to be up to your eyeballs in silver kelp pretty soon, I wouldn't waste money on it. There are much more fun things to spend it on.
