Best Spring Crops

Not sure if anyone has figured it out yet but what is the most lucrative Spring crop? I've been planting a crap ton of potatoes but I'm not sure if they give the best yield. Thanks.

Seems you only get one of each crop you plant unless you get the perk kicking in. I tend to save most things I harvest for artisan goods (sells for more anyway) or gifts/cooking.

More expensive = more profit. So assuming there is no post processing like jelly/wines/w/e being used, the more the seed costs the more profit. I've been spamming renewables myself, because thats always how I play these games.

Anything multi harvest with sprinklers so I can ignore farming.

As always, the best plants are the regrowable ones. You'll unlock more after you ship enough or reached a certain date. Not too sure on the trigger.
