Earth Celebration Festival

Hi, was anyone else unable to play through the Earth festival and plant the trees in the empty forest area?? I went to the area and spoke to the different ppl there, but nothing triggered the event to start and I couldn't plant a tree in the area

alright i restarted my day like 3 times to try this out. As long as they know about it...

There is lots of half content added in this game it’s a weird choice from the devs, for example early on you unlock bait for fishing but then when you look you can’t actually make bait yet, so yeah they have festivals in the game that don’t work

Thank you for this thread. I also restarted my day thinking I wasn't doing something right. I don't mind things missing in early access, but they should take out the letter, off the calendar till its ready. I suspect since they have the character's set up in the right location there was some real work to change that. But its really frustrating. To a lesser extent same thing on bringing something to the Cherry blossom for the pot, there is a pot - at least they put a note there that it wasn't implemented. Maybe they could do that here, too - it would help.

I did not restart my day but I did spend the entire second half of my game day trying to get the event to trigger. I don't mind if it is not in the game yet but the game even sent me a reminder in the morning to participate.
I also have the same problem with bait, it says I have the recipe to craft bait but there is no recipe. I wanted to include this as I know that they are still looking for bugs, it is early access and I am OK with that. I have been involved with many play tests for different games, it's all good. I am loving the game so far.

I'm glad people are bringing up the bait thing because I noticed it but forgot to look into it. Def not built yet, check!
