How do I access my kickstarter stuff?

I pledged the "deluxe farmer pack" which should have rewarded me with "exclusive farmer outfit" and "kickstarter exclusive mythical pet".
I'm in summer of year 1 and still have no idea how to get these items?

I also never received the 2nd steam key. Only got 2 alpha keys.

Tried going to the backerkit site and input your email

They will send you a link of your codes.

Have you received your kickstarter items, like the outfit or the pet from these codes?
I was supposed to receive a 2nd early access code, an outfit and a pet.
