Invest in a pond, you can put the fish you need in there to breed (You only need one) and it will make duplicates of the same quality.
The eggs are an issue. We can hand in higher quality items to the temple I've noticed, they need to implement it for the produce in the daily quests.
The issue is also the time limits. I was asked for 5 eggs in 2 days. I'm in spring year 2. All my "eggs" are large eggs. I'd have to buy enough chickens on the first day and hope they all lay the same egg quality the next day to turn in.
Fishing ponds will be similar. Unless you've gotten enough chests just store a certain number of every item that may be requested, the two day time limit ones aren't happening.
The only way around the egg issue for now is to keep a few of each. I hold on to a few of the regular size milks and eggs, but the pond has served me well enough for the fish finds. I just have a chest and when I catch a new fish, I store it in there so I've always got it if I need more.
