You also cant move them, you have to wait till the current process is finished.
Thank you both for the answer!!
What does the shed do? I've seen it at the carpenter, but is it actually useful?
Just an empty 17x17 squares building. Its to get your artisan and crafting machines out of the open into one space. It frees up some space on the outside farm map but its honestly more to make your farm more pleasing to the eye without crafting machines standing everywhere.
Is there more space on the inside that you would have without it? Or how does it free up space? Or is it placed outside of the farm plot?
It's bigger on the inside. It's 8x9 on the outside, and 17x17 on the inside.
You also get a (20%? I think?) speed boost to the aging barrel, slime of transmutation, and slime of replication machines when they are in the shed.
Ah, cool, thanks.
Unfortunately not.
You can pick up production stations with the pickaxe when they are empty and they go into your inventory. Then you can place them in the shed.
Not if it's currently crafting something.
