Just completed the second offering and I didnt get the reward - again... First the recycling machine disappeared while claiming and now the sugar thingy as well.

Dont tell me its a feature, not a bug. And yes, later on you are able to craft the recycling machine anyway. But on my first "playthrough" everything worked as intended.

Is it a known bug and are they already working on a fix?
Is there a workaround, a possibility to claim those rewards somewhere else in game?

Thought I would get the recycling machine after finishing the second offering ... a complete mess.

They are aware of offering bugs that happen when you try to claim if your inventory is full, and if you complete two offerings at a time without claiming the reward in between.

It would be better for you to report the issue either in the bug channel in discord, or email them directly. The first screen you see in the game tells you to please contact them this way with issues.

My problem with the Coral Island discord is that they are asking for your email and the password. Why do they need the password to YOUR email.

the developers dont want to know ur email address. its a discord thingy - u need a discord account to join discord server.

simply register a discord account, then use this data to join their discord server.

They want your discord password, not your email password. You have to sign into discord to use it. It has nothing to do with Coral Island or their devs.
