Appreciate the tip.
In my case it's less about the money and more about the quality of the game.
I don't have a ton of spare time, and it's a terrible feeling to sink your attention into something, only to later finding out the game isn't really ready yet and I could've played something else.
However, don't support the ex-publisher, support the developers themselves
So in terms of being actual 'full release' I'd say they finally achieved it after almost a year after being actual released. If you don't mind the game many bugs and problems and how each bugfix fix one to create 3 other bugs, I'd say go for it! the game is complete!
