Character Run Speed Way Too Fast

I need a way to slow down the character run speed. It is way too fast after the application of some achievement point application. I tried to switch to jogging from sprint, but there is very little improvement. Does anyone know how to slow this down? My motor skills are not up to continuing this game without a fix to this so-called perk.

Too fast? I installed a mod to make it even faster the run speed by default is abysmally slow.

I kind of agree, the movement speed is so slow I'm near tears sometimes. Even the limited sprint option is soo slow.
It would be nice if we could get a setting to set movement speed to both one step slower (for snowflakeschance and those that might have issues with that) and one step faster for those of us that just can't handle the slowness.

Curious though Ares250, what mod?
