I've completed the Temple, Coral Garden, opened the Savannah etc. and I've found nothing that lets you change the weather, so I'm not sure how 'end game' you have to be. But I do think there should be something similar to Stardew Valley rain totems even if they cost a lot to make. There are, after all, the Giants who can influence the weather presumably, so it'd be cool to tie that in with them somehow. Either way, the RNG for weather is atrocious. Even worse when you only have a window of 7 days to get a particular fish or insect that's also dependent on a weather condition like Windy.
There's even advice on how to go into the back-end and manually use save files to trick the game into just rolling different dice on the weather but that's too much effort for me. :/
For this quest: https://coralisland.fandom.com/wiki/Orchestra_sites
... but later in the game.
- if tomorrow is event day: sunny
- if it hasn't rained for 10 days: raining
- if it wasn't windy in the past 10 days: windy
- if it wasn't stormy in the past 10 days: stormy
- roll weather as now
This way you would have atleast 2x windy and 2x raining weather each month.
