Well that's disappointing considering we can have a level 4 house but not level 3 barn/coop.wondering if it will be implemented at a later date all being well

Yeah, we need level 3 barns/coops on the surface and a level 2 barn underwater. Unfortunately, can't see much in the way of updates happening with the legal issues going on.
